If you need to move the data in a Synergy dataset from one computer to another, copy the entire contents of the associated Dataset folder, e.g.

C:\Program Files\Skyewright\data\Dataset01\*.*

If you are not sure where the folders are, take a look in the Paths section of the About window on the Help Menu.
